For small dental labs, AccountMaster Scheduler can be a standalone module or an add-on to the popular AccountMaster Dental Laboratory program.

  • Runs on Mac OS 9, OS X and Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP.
  • Features a calendar that shows each day with the percentage of the day's work schedule (blue number above).
  • Scheduler knows how much work can be done each day and can provide lead time appropriate for individual dentists.
  • The program seeks to group work by type when scheduling partially filled days.
  • Click on a given day and then view complete details of the work scheduled for that day.

  • Previously scheduled work can be deleted or moved to another date.

  • Starting with the requested delivery date and work to be done, work can be automatically or manually scheduled.
  • Work is automatically scheduled as close to the delivery date as possible, allowing for lead time.
  • Projects requiring more than one day can be automatically scheduled within a block that spans consecutive days.

  • Lab determines how many units of a type can be done per day.
  • For example, 8 Gold Crns or 15 PFM units per day.
  • The standalone module sets a number to use for all dentists lead time.
  • When integrated with AccountMaster, individual dentist lead times can be looked up.
  • Also with the integrated version, an option is available to generate invoices when work is checked into the lab.

 

  • Days can be marked off for no work to be scheduled.

  • Previously scheduled work can be checked into the lab as it arrives.
  • Work schedules for the week or longer can be printed.
