Start with the Calendar Click on any day to see the schedule for all rooms. Use the Month buttons to view previous months or advance to future months. View previous or future years with the Year buttons.

Day View Screen View entire status for all rooms for a day including names, room charges, reservations, check outs, and current stays. Color coded to facilitate information location. Smoking rooms are pink, non-smoking rooms yellow, double size rooms green coded, single size rooms white. Click on green letter "P" to view or change payment information. Click on red "+" sign to view or modify miscellaneous charges. Menus with keyboard shortcuts to go forward or back a day or 30 days.
